    The panel is roughly 39.5 x 89.5 cm, long seal about 1540-50mm. , short seal maybe 950mm. Hard to measure accurately while installed.

    There is a good FAQ re heads on First Fives website. First result if you google "M30 cylinder head". It suggests the 525 head works with the correct gasket.
