@Bert - or anyone else who can answer....
Do you know where to get the correct hardware to rebuild these wheels? I have the same staggered set that I want to refurbish. I can't find the correct bolts, most cap heads have too large a diameter. Thanks.

Their prices seem more than reasonable. They may have bolts that match the Weds mounting hardware.

Weds wheels

The Weds Bavaria wheels are two piece wheels. The barrels are welded together and the center is bolted to the barrels. If you need the centercaps for the wheels I have a set in good shape. Located in Vacaville,CA. shermanmartinez at Hotmail.com
