Looks more like 15 inches. FYI - That is a 380mm Momo A38 with a collapsible hub. There should be a date stamp on the back, but I'm guessing sometime in the 90's based on the horn pad. GLWS.

Yep 15", and yes your correct it is a 380mm Momo. And the production date stamped is 1989. Thanks for your help.
