I've been getting emails for about three weeks from Mecum Monterrey - I usually buy a $20 ticket, walk the vehicles, send photos of Ferraris to my brother (who actually has the money to own such vehicles) and sit in the back with a cold beer to watch. I won't be able to attend this year, but something did catch my eye...
I just got a note that Mecum will have a 177-mile Koenigsegg Jesko on the block this year for the Mecum Monterrey 2026 auction.
Here's a link to a Jesko run at Laguna Seca when they set the track record:
In other random news, an '06, 8-mile, heritage edition Ford GT hit $2.1m on BaT the other day. Two guys dueling it out $1k bid at a time.
