We just completed restoration/refurbishment of my 1965 1800 Ti/SA vintage race car. We wanted to do it as a proper old school touring car from the mid-1960's with skinny, hard tires, soft suspension, and stock brakes. Think lots of drifting and body roll.
The work was completed by Terry, Jim, and Travis at Racecraft in Woodinville, WA. As usual, they did a stellar job with the project.
We will test the car this coming Thursday at the Pacific NW Historics in Seattle, followed by a full race weekend at the Portland Historics the next weekend.
The car is entered and accepted at the Rolex Reunion in Monterey and will be running in Group 4B on Sunday.
