This looks like a cool project.
A 1964 DKW powered Fissore. The asking price is about 200 dollars I believe:

Recently, I have been producing articles on cars built in Argentina (thanks to CTzen Ryosuke Nagato). Here is the latest instalment.

Looks interesting. I saw one like the last one in the link I have posted, at car week a few years ago. The one that looks like a baby T Bird ("1000SP"). I guess the Fissore is a little different, and locally built in Argentina.

Saw one of these run in a rally in Italy--DKW Monza:

Crazy loud smoky two stroke 3 cylinder!

I love the sound of two stroke Saabs and DKWs.
The smoky made them illegal I guess, so the project would be to put a different engine in that car. with more horses perhaps.

I don't know if this is technically possible but if you replace the fan on the Fissore with a large squirrel wheel you may be able to double the power
