The best & most original in Australia? Only 88k klms from new. LHD - I purchased this car in 1999 in Switzerland & imported it that year. It has been carefully stored in my private collection since. It has never been restored & does not need to be. The interior (grey cloth & black vinyl) & bodywork are like that of a 5 year old car. It has no rust & has never been welded. The paintwork, in very attractive Pacific Blue, retains a deep shine. This was the finest example I could find 13 years ago & I have not seen a more original one since. All import duties were paid long ago.

For the serious BMW collector or enthusiast. AUD$26,000
Located in country NSW.

Nice Aston Martin in the background.

From a fellow Aussie over in the US.

Good luck with the sale of your 2000CS to an appreciative new custodian.

Great! Incredible how such an ugly duckling turned to a swan with the 2800 CS in 68!

I agree the later coupes had a better look and balance with the longer nose and without the unusual head lights but I would not call the 2000 CS an ugly duckling. Maybe I am biased because I owned one for 4 yrs before I bought my 2800 CS.
