This is on Bring A Trailer. It is fairly crusty, with visible rust on many of the panels, rockers and floors.

Bring a trailer & bring a welder...

Proud to say it’s mine now.

Been looking a very long time. I probably paid a bit much for it but it is fairly complete.

i had one a very long time ago in college. I loved that car. Unfortunately I blew a piston and had to garage it. Then got very broke and had to sell it.. for 1200. Have regretted it ever since.

i only wanted a 2800cs and as you know.. can be hard to come by reasonably.

it will be fully restored. Hope I can bug you all with questions from time to time.

Great first step TD. Exciting you now have another you can turn into what you want it to be. Don't have to rush. Plenty to figure out. Any rust remediation will suck up dollars, but I am sure you know that already. Your new E9 is complete and the group here will help support you whenever you need some advice and encouragement. Keep us posted!
