1972 BMW 2800 CS Restoration Project - $6500 (Washoe Valley, NV)

Posted here but not much chatter. I'm curious to know what is left to be done with the shell. If the metal was good to go I'd say it was a good deal for the right buyer. I don't envy the person trying to turn it back into a driver though. This a great coupe #2 or #3. :D

If this is the car that was in Reno then my friend tried to visit to take a look, but he got a text on Monday to say it was sold. He was too slow.
Anyone here buy it?
