"sight unseen" Why do people do this?

Of the last four cars that I have looked at for buyers only 2 were worth buying for the asking price.
The other 2 were overpriced by a total of 35 thousand dollars.
10,000 miles of airplane tickets were well spent.

If your too busy to go look at a car or think you are going to save money by not paying an expert to inspect it…… well then IMO you’ve got no right to bitch about excessively high restoration costs. When you buy a 40 plus year old uni-body car (that has a reputation for being a rust bucket) you are basically buying a project, so just how big and expensive of a project do you really want ? Sorry for the harsh but very truthful words however I'm sure others will still be seduced by the coupe’s great looks. ~ John Buchtenkirch
