1972 BMW E9 3.0CS S38 M5 Engine

Evan Esterman aka BimmerBros, only sells on CL as he ran afoul of the DMV many years ago. All of his cars are claimed to be 99.99% rust free.
 
Panels look pretty straight but lots of work to do for asking price.
The chassis ground cable connected to the shock tower makes me question the quality of engine swap.

a little ragged for the price
 
right there with you on a little ragged. but with a little work it could be a fun drive. what we don't know is what the real condition of the engine and / or the body.
