A few questions about RHD coupes after looking at the pics for this car:
1-Does the sunroof work with the vinyl top the same as a painted top?
2-The accelerator pedal is located towards the middle of the footwell. That seems okay for the single pedal automatic. Where is the accel. pedal with brake and clutch pedals present?
3-The dash grab rail part of the dash is also wood on RHD cars. Does anyone know why that feature was not carried over to the LHD cars?
4-Why do RHD cars have a different braking system than LHD cars?

1. It’s a webasto roof. After market. Not a E9 sunroof. Similar look as the vinyl roof applied to some E9’s here in the U.K.

All RHD cars came with wooden grab rails. I may be wrong but I thought all cars, both LHD and RHD has wooden grab rails EXCEPT for US spec cars.

4. I can’t remember the technical reasons but RHD cars have two servos (boosters) I think because the RHD configuration meant longer travel for the brake lines etc (this may be completely wrong!).

Drew, Only RHD coupes have the wood dash rail. The gas pedal is hampered by wheel well intrusion but it does make it look a bit weird. There was no room on right side of engine bay so a remote booster was needed, why there are two I don’t know. We as to roofs were common in the UK, Jaguars seem to have quite a few and 50s era VW Beetles in the US had them as well.
