1972 CSi on BaT... This one should be interesting....

The fuel line is really unbelievably…

Fuse #4

Oh whoops..

That fuse just turned the car’s wiring harness into a fuse.
Hmm, there seem to be 'new' standards for modern torpedo fuses. I'm looking at #8 and its really wide fusible element. And maybe #9 too.
And that middle spade connector on the right under the fuse box has gotten hot at some point.

Common Old European (Torpedo/GBC) Fuse Colors
Based on typical vintage European vehicle standards (DIN), the colors indicate the following amperage:
• White: 8 Amp (often used for lighting)
• Red: 16 Amp
• Blue: 25 Amp
• Yellow/Black: 5 Amp (sometimes used, check specific car manual)

Alternative/Aftermarket Torpedo Fuse Sets
Some, often modern reproduction, torpedo fuse kits follow a different color scheme:
• Beige/Light Brown: 5A
• White: 8A
• Red: 10A
• Blue: 16A
• Yellow: 25A
• Black: 40A

It’s all a mess- look at the distorted aluminum at fuse 7

We only use copper in the shop.

Fuse 4 is either 200% or 300% over the design capacity of it’s circuit.

so with 1+ hours to go, this one is sitting at 82k. current leader bought a fjord 74 for 100k in november. has also bought a lot of car signs, a pantera and a hellcat

great quality cars, well presented should do just fine. here is an average car well presented that overcame its 'averageness' and brought home a number bigger than it should have. oh well, if the buyer really is in ATLANTA, maybe he will reveal himself.

Wow, seller reputation boosted a $85k coupe.
That was what I figured would happen. Makes me realize that when/if I let the E9 or Mustang (or maybe the E23) go, will see about having someone market it for me in order to get max value.... Probably...
