As always, your comments and observations are greatly appreciated! This is truly a lovely and cherished e9 owned for 30 years not including 10 years prior to that when he and a friend bought this and a CSi from Italy.

The Norway coupe had strange floor repairs, the frame rails were cut and welded, they don’t reach the rear floor pans either and have a gap.

Fully agree, that offer of $90k seems like it must have a European modifier on there, I don’t think it would get that price in the US

BMW's velour is special. And this car's is beyond. Love the pattern and the way the fabric folds into the chrome back on the front seats.

Sold for $91K, Seller and Buyer are both happy. It will be coming to Rancho Santa Fe near San Diego. Buyer had already met Huw with the Turkis CSi at a C&C, small world.

Next up a 73 3.5 in dark blue that I won’t see until January, motor by Don. Did I mention it is in Maui?

My coupe was dark blue when it was in Maui 8 years ago. Be prepared to see the rust comments during the auction. In 2018,the cost to ship via boat (how else?) from Maui to Los Angeles was about $1000. Note!! Hagerty insurance was in effect the minute the seller was paid, even though the title was not in my name yet.

This Malaga coupe had the Fed's approval with the slight modifications made. I guess the "Fasten Seat Belt" light on top of the dash was part of the deal even though there are only lap belts?
