1972 RHD big project

why would you spend the money to blast a car and choose not to prime it afterward? Makes no sense.
 
It would be way cheaper to buy the most expensive 2800CS in the world/universe than to put that pile of beautiful junk back together
 
That car was in storage for many years , the last few in the Adelaide hills. The repairs I saw appeared to be reasonable quality but a few years ago now. It looked fairly complete to me but hard to say since it is all broken down in boxes etc. I understand e3 front panels have been used for repairing the front end , don't know what difference this makes. To me its a parts car at the right price , was asking $5000 years ago as a private sell. He wasn't a bmw fan (merc I think) and the repair costs got too steep. google quicksales bmw e9 , no pictures , saw it twice , once in Adelaide and once in hills , no room to store.
