1973 3.0 CSI

Any history with a group call Luxe Automotive. Hemmings has a 73 3.0 CSI for sale for 39k but it looks like this same call was auctioned on BAT for 50k in Oct 19. Luxe is the seller

I noticed the weird wood trim in the car - what were the major areas of concerns with this car ?
