1973 E9 Manual Center Counsel Help

All good info! Any idea of the photo of the RH rear bracket-if its needed? I do not have the LH opposing bracket.
 
This is what it ended up like. I do not have a holes for the second X bracket. still don't know what the forward small bracket is for? Next is trying to install - thanks for the help.
