I too am just catching up with this thread and look forward to seeing this car in person. I like your taste -- I also have Koenig seats and two of the three e3 door pull trim pieces. My car, however, has no stereo whatsoever. I simply listen to the Webers!

Ohmess, thank you. My first e9 was a stock 1970 2800cs. I drove that car to basketball games and my back resented me for it. I knew that I would never keep stock seats in an e9 again.

How do you like the Koenig's on long distance drives? I'm hoping the support on/under the lower legs feel as good/supportive as short trips. I have Scheels in my other coupe and I'm hoping they are as supportive or better than Recaro's, which are great but visually appear too slim for the e9, IMO. Anyway, not trying to turn this into a seat thread but I agree on the webers but enjoy the tunes, especially when parked (NYC traffic) or on long runs in the o2.
