Not enough photos to judge but it does seem much better than the typical fare that's listed on that terrible website.
If the rockers and undersides are clean, then $58k is pretty darn good from what I can see.
Older restorations always a plus and gives it time for bugaboos to surface. Although restorations in the 80s/90s could be had with tons of bondo as that's what they did back then.
