1974 Blue leather

Some sources on the internet claims my leather is called Marine blue. This page gives me the options of Indigo (228) or Blue (3209). Indigo seems too dark. I have ordered samples from World Upholstery in Indigo (0228), Marine (3179) and Pacific (3209). Those of you with blue leather what is your opinion?

I chose marine… which is correct as far as I am concerned. Like my old car.

BMW called it Marineblau or in English just navy blue. Also for you trivia buffs, BMW leather is K1, 41/41 from the upholstery book. I had my seats sewn and bought A2840 Imperial Blue from Global in Anaheim, $7 a square foot, four hides. It matched my e12 door cards which are the same color as e9.
