Looks nicer than a parts car to me, especially if the seller's claim that it's a "no rust car" is true. Although it is advertised as a '74, the bumpers make it a '73 or earlier. Too bad its an automatic! Notice the e9 wheels - bit of good karma there.

What do you do with a no-title car in California? Even if you get the car for parts, what would you have to do with the shell?
