I don't like nitpicking things all the time, but you'd think that the dealer could have 1) wiped that smudge off the lens or cleaned the sensor, and 2) at least get all the pics in focus. It's not like they're going to run out of film or have to wait to get the pics back from the film processor in the grocery store parking lot. Geez.
Don't you remember the filter they used for Joan Collins on Dynasty? Everyone else was crystal clear but when the camera was on her it was a little fuzzier.
