1974 CSI on EBay

Re the red CSI on EBay, being sold by Westcoast. I see the speedo is in MPH, not KMS. Does anyone know if the speedos were swapped out when brought to the US. Also I have never seen a samped VIN plate like this one. Has anyone else?

I have a 73 euro and it came to me with mph.

Yes, speedos were required to be swapped and the extra plate always displayed importers name. License plate is consistent with CA 1985. I end of doors were shown it should show two bolts for added door beams required also by the CA BAR and DOT.

I've dealt with lots and lots of gray market cars- they come with a build plate just like this one.
No problem there.
I have questions about the trunk lid and of course we all want to see the engine bay.

Anyone want to comment on the green coupe at the end of the ebay listings. At that price I would not expect to see speakers so prominently located on the doors and rear shelf.
The tool kit does not look correct. At that price the front airdam, rear spoiler and chrome arches give me pause.

Sold for about $36 last year.
Now asking $30k more, which should easily cover fixing all the little issues I saw last time (rust and mechanical issues).

I consider the spoilers value adds.
