1975 bmw 3.0 csi (San Diego, CA)

Saw this car in Huntington Beach this morning going north on PCH. I was going south so only caught a glance.
 
This is the one I inspected in Cypress two weeks ago, he was asking $17.5K. It has rust in drivers fender and both front quarter panels, nose has cracking paint/filler. Rust in leading areas of rockers too so be careful if you are interested, will need to remove fenders to repair it properly. Owner is a nice guy.
