I've seen some of the work that vendor does and the bodging is spectacular. I would advise any prospective buyer to have it looked over by an expert.
Have to agree with @nosmonkey the vendor has a terrible reputation over here.
Having reference in the cars being restored or presented here on the Forum, the one advertised is far from being really nice.
Lack of detailed pictures of many critical for E9 body points is also not a good approach from the Buyers perspective, locating the Seller far from professionals.

....would sell in a heartbeat here at that price assuming no serious rust issues..The interior is a good barometer imo that the car has been looked after . Those velour seats are in better condition than mine were back in '87 when I bought it . The Vendor's reputation is another matter.
