Are you psychic or do you know something not shown in the auction? Typically they state (exceeds mechanical limit or not actual mileage) but in this case it says "Actual mileage". They don't like being on the hook for that so maybe there was some documentation to back it up. It looks like it might have 77k.
The tell is the running odometer reading of 000.0
That means the E1 Gear is broken.

It was also pointed out that if you click on "View Report" on the auction it shows higher mileage in the past.
