NMNA; the seller states that he/she planned to use the Bavaria (looks like a '72 to me, not a '71, so I don't know if it actually is a 2.8 as stated or a 3.0 - and it's a shame to see a Taiga car die) as a parts car for the 2800. $2,800 is probably not a terrible price for the pair, but a new owner will have a lot of work to do.
I wish the seller had included a VIN for the 2800, so we could know how early it is. Interesting to see a fair number of pre-Bavaria E3s coming out of the woodwork lately...
