Hey Guys
This is about a sold car, not one still for sale. I assume this fits the Classified category here.
This car was restored by Carl Nelson as reported in the February 2014 issue of Roundel. I am just curious why Mr. Leslie Brun would sell it approx. 2 years, or so, later. Maybe he is a frequent turnover guy, got excited by another project, it wasn't the car he expected, or some other motive. It wouldn't seem to be financially motivating. The sale proceeds can't be a lot more than the $59,000 Nelson invoice and the cost of the car itself. Is this common with these Mega Restorations?
Just thought I throw it out for discussion, if anyone knows or has a take.
