1a) spend the money for new rotors
2) Be prepared to get a CSi Brake Master Cylinder, many people do not like the feel of their 4 wheel disc conversion until they get the larger bore brake master.
3) Be prepared to diddle with the proportioning valve ... this balances the amount of brake fluid pressure front-to-rear and the one for your drum brakes may not provide optimal 4-wheel and front to rear brake balancing. Many people opt for an adjustable one. Ask Jaymik about this
