Just making a joke. I have certainly heard a lot of Flemish in my brief time living in Belgium as a 20 year old on student exchange. Not a word sunk in. The part I was in (Genk) didn't really want to converse in French even though they learnt it in school. True Quebecois French (Known as Joual), isn't understood in Europe period.
