3.0 csi brake rotors

I’m looking to replace the brake rotor on my 74 csi and l’m a little confused. Are they unique to an e9 or the same as e3 and e12?

E9 are vented 272x22, e3 solid, e12 vented 280x22

I'm told the rear E9 discs are the same as vw beetle 1303cc front discs, cross over part numbers do match but I havent looked to be 100% sure. Beauty about it is the vw ones are £18 each, and the E9 are £75 here in the uk. Typical classic car bmw tax!
