That is a very dark Baikal?
?? I don't know, it's at the other end of the country so I haven't seen it.

The ad says it is Baikal but for me it looks darker than that in the pictures
baikal changes greatly in sunlight. it gets darker on dim days and lighter on bright days. these pics were taken on a gray day. that being said, i have seen so many different shades of fjord and baikal that i no longer remember which is correct. i can tell you that the color chip that is posted below matches the baikal that is in my trunk ... the rest is now black (including most of the trunk).

I think rsporsche has the answer, it just varies so much from car to car and with the light.

BMW considers Baikal a blue/grey, hence the lighter color.
