Someone have a fairly definitive timeline for the injected E3's?

A lot of it here: http://www.bmw-e3-club.de/e3bmw/motordaten.html although not by year. All US Si L-Jetronic. Europe had some D-Jetronic earlier on.

dp, do you have a particular question? The SI and CSI were identically set up with D-jet for the Euro market. The CSI disappeared and the SI soldiered on (and first came to US) as L-jet. Seems VERY few grey market SI cars have reached the US.
