3.45 ratio LSD Rear Differential - For Sale

If you don’t mind I can share financial thoughts with you.
CK and I buy more diffs than anyone else that I know of.
A prime guaranteed rebuilt LSD is worth 2500 sold to a customer.
Workshop labor and LSD parts are 1050.
Add 2 round trips to the gear shop. 160.
Add 20 % of diffs end up with gear whine/ worn out on arrival
Delivery via fed ex
Do the math...

600 purchase price
160 delivery/pick up to gear shop
1050 shop fee with parts
120 failed core adjustment
130 fedex delivery
2060 invest
2500 sell
440 profit

At 1200 purchase price-
2660 invested
160 loss.

I think many people would rather just spend the 2500 for a guaranteed good rebuilt LSD diff delivered to their house.
 
I can only add, that on ebay.de auctions in last year or even two, none of the used LSD's sideloaders wasn't sold for more than 700 EUR.
 
When I was hunting for mine, I saw some sell in this price range. To get this price, you need to wait for just the right buyer. You are probably looking for a buyer who doesn't really know the market price for a used dif of unknown quality, could not determine the quality of a used dif if their life depended on it, and who, despite their lack of knowledge, is absolutely certain that the price of a rebuilt one is outrageous. They are out there, but you have to wait for them to come along.

Hello my friend, you didn't like my price what do you want for it you should have a price for it do you know how much you want for it and remember there is no guaranty for it and how much money we have to spend for shipping to Los Angeles just make a phone call to your local post office since it is really heavy item please put the price on your item
 
Sideloader LSD was always pretty rare & desirable. Since 2018 prices on e9's & related parts raised a lot.
In general anyone probably also noticed that the whole car market prices raised.
1300$ for lsd core is ok price nowadays i think.
Current prices in Europe are 1500-2500EUR (ca.1700-2900USD) for cores. I talked with one local e9 owner about 2 months ago & here in Poland someone local wanted 1800EUR (ca.2000USD) for the unrestored 3.45 lsd core.

The single quote mark wants to know what it did to get on your bad side? It knows that masquerading as an apostrophe is wrong, and promises to never do it again. It's just sad because it hardly ever gets any use, and when it does it's usually incorrect.
