'71, 2002 in Austin

I've not see this car at any of our local functions. It sure looks unmolested. I'm happy to PPI it for anyone.

I had one too, I like that color on a 02'. I think mine was a 1600, it was a 69'. Just found the old Salvaged title VIN 1669201 in my pics, maybe somebody knows just for fun 1600 or 2002. Didn't have it long, sold to a guy back east, he was going to restore and send me pics but never heard from him again....I didn't have it long.

71 1600 $3,000. new. The nine that followed were used or "pre-owned" as the Lexus dealer sniffs. Four coupes, four Bavarias and now a cherry, almost new 76 2002 in Chaminox.

The 71 1600 was Atlantik. Great color.

Edit.. couple of guys on FAQ were apparently in line for it. It sold.

You have cycled through 9 BMWs? I guess that’s not crazy as I type this, I have gone through more then a dozen 912 And 1983 SC was the newest Porsche i have owned.
@Ajay has me influenced to start looking at a roundie, my first one.

Gosh, I think we've had 17 BMWs over the years. 2 e9s, 4) 2002s, 6 e39s (4 wagons and 2 M5s), 2 e46s (wagon and M3), a e36 M3, e24, and a 2013 X5. My coupe started the madness 17 years ago.
