Agree on the avatar. I've seen this guy's listings in my feeds, he does seem to have a steady stream of older BMWs. Also says he has parts available but i haven't reached out to assess. Pricing on the vehicles at least seems within range of reasonable. Note that many of them say "7-series" because facebook doesn't include an option for something like the E9
 
Seems to be more and more FB scams from people pulling pics from other vehicles and listing them under market value, sometimes way under. I always click to see how long they have been on FB and how many friends they have and would always do the deal in person, clean title in hand if any questions. I'm not saying this is a scam, it's just running rampant on FB Marketplace and it's a shame as it didn't start out that way. It was a better option than CL, but now, not so much, maybe worse. Buyer beware always...

In this case, the "no friends" to me is a big tell that this may not be legit.
 
I can personally vouch that seller is a real person and there is no buyer beware needed. He is one of the most knowledgeable and skilled vintage BMW guys in the Chicagoland area and has been wrenching on these cars for a while. I haven't seen that car in person. But I was just with the seller at a local bmw cars and coffee last weekend. He maintains his privacy online but the locals know him.
