Now that was somewhat stressful... My heart is just about back to normal. I really hope the new owner really enjoys the car!

I told the wife that the proceeds would go towards small piece of heaven. There's a small acre of land where we plan to build on just outside of beautiful WIlsonville/West Linn Oregon (hopefully that's not too stessful).

Anyway, thanks again for all the information on this site. Maybe in the future, I'll start another project.

Wow - congratulations on that sale! 125k is a really big number
Really impressive appearance of the car on the pics - I love the combination of the sporty components (16 inch Alpinas and chin spoiler + CSL ducktail + the level of lowering but without chrome wheel archs and roof spoiler)! And it is a very nice "contrast" with the somehow "conservative" Malaga paint (can't explain better).

I did not want to ask before the end of the auction, but when I zoomed into the pics I observed the following. Given the outcome of the auction and the many eagle-eyed observes (most of them much more experienced and skilled than me) I must misinterpret something here - could you please educate me? Are these unfortunate reflections or something like that?

Thanks...very stressful for a 30 minute streah.

Yeah...bad reflection off of their lighting. No paint lifting what so ever. That said, I thought their photographer did a wonderful job.

The fit on the rear spoiler was spot on in my opinion. Ive seen many that have somewhat of an over bite. This one fit's great!

It certainly resembles lifting paint, I noticed it too. Have the new owner mount the door ashtrays under the wood. Congrats
