I believe it is a scam.
I recognize the photos from Terry’s CSL listing on BAT.

I very much doubt someone bought it after the RNM, and is now selling it for a significant loss.
 
His first answer will be to ask for your actual email address and not want to use Craigslist anonymous email relay.
