The guy and his son are actually very nice and let you see everything. The title is there also

It seems it may be a salvage car with a repop VIN from another car

Conmen (in general, not saying these guys are, but does look very shady) are typically very nice people to your face, while the son is pulling the wallet out of your back pocket. May want to check to see if you still have your wallet... Shouldn't there be two other VIN spots to check?
