'74 3.0 CSi in Vermont

It could be a '74, as in Europe in that era - at least - I believe car's model year was the year in which it was first purchased, not the year of production by the manufacturer (or the labeled year by the manufacturer). If produced in '73, but sold in Italy after 1/1/74, it would be classified as a 74 model (my understanding from back in the day!).

The document shown in the listing seems to indicate that the original buyer may have been Robert Payne of Oklahoma who was a Lt. Commander in the US Navy, born in 1947, ~27 years old at the time of purchase. No other date is visible on the portion of the document shown. Just wonder how it was imported without the bumper, side marker, etc. modifications of the US '74's!
