74 csi - bad shape on Ebay. Currently at $10,000

Up for sale is my 1974 BMW 3.0csi. I bought this car in 2002. It has a four speed and a sunroof. It has a mid eighties 3.5 liter engine. It has rust in trunk and rocker panels and a few spots on quarters.

Really doesn't look THAT bad. I mean, the seats themselves look decent.

I think $10k-$15k for a sunroof/AC CSi, someone would come out pretty good.

Even if you put $80k into it, you'll have close to a #1 show car for $90k, which could fetch you six figures in a couple years (would take that long for a #1 resto).

Will the value be there for a non-original engine CSi? Obviously there is some value to it being a CSi with all the bits and bobs, and rarity, but top dollar $80k plus?
