'74 csi in Pennsylvania

NMNA, I have a note to the seller. I'm interested in this car if it's still for sale. Can anyone recommend a shop for a PPI near Philadelphia? It's a bit pricey but if it's the real deal, I'm in. If anyone knows anything about this car, I would appreciate any input. I am a bit curious what is under the added sound damping material on the firewall. If you see anything in the pictures I should investigate, I appreciate that input as well. I'll wait to talk to the seller and possibly take a trip to see it.

Looks like it belonged to one of us. Note the grill badge.
It is registered at EP-Driven 4340054 as a 3.0 CSi Alpina.. FWIW
The PO info is also listed.....
