85 m30b34 with 89m30b35 engine management

are there any issues with using a 89m30b35 motronic 1.3 with complete fuel injection system, front crank trigger, wiring harness with 179 computer from wrecking yard. is this this the ideal compromise for a 85 m30b34 block going to replace a 72 3.0 carb engine. I am not an expert in this and could use some advice from some one who has done this type of conversion for the benefits of fuel injection in an 1972 car. will be running a 284 schrick cam as well. any advice would be appreciated as well as some models better than others for parts donor car at wrecking yard. thanks for your time.
 
I am contemplating this swap as well.I would suggest calling La Jolla independant.They told me that I should get an older intake from an e12 to clear the brake booster and they actually make and sell the harness that we need.They were very generous with advice,I think I may buy one of their harnesses.keep me posted on your progress!
