A pillar trim

I'm going to install my front windshield soon and was told I need to glue my trim in place.
What's the best glue to use ? And also one that will not bleed through the "leather" trim.

I used Selleys Multi purpose Gel contact glue as recommended by the trimmer for all the interior, head lining, trim pieces carpet etc, worked well no bleeding through.

the only was to go is wurth rubber glue
it comes off all surfaces after it sets up
wonderful stuff
