I need a new heater blower motor. The two I have don't work. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1363904096.531977.jpg. Also, I need the two switches for the AC. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1363904129.531961.jpg. Lastly, does the face of the heater vent come off? I would like to have it painted unless that means undoing everything unless I can find a replacement in like new condition.

Here is what mine looks like for comparison. I did see the earlier post but I don't need the whole unit. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1363904307.998064.jpg. Yes it's dirty but pretty beat up and does not look good next to the freshly painted AC vent and steering column covers (which are too shiny and flat, anyone have a solution for the "rough" finish from the factory?)

i have a working motor, i will find some pics for you

here you are

the motor is alone disengaged from the rotor (that in my case is broken, i mean the plastic rotor is broken)

i will send this to you as you see in the first pic, then you will have to attach it to your rotor, (i can send the broken rotor to you so that you can understand how it is attached)

hope it is useful to you

DQ. That looks like it will work but I didn't think the motor and rotor actually separated. My rotor (plastic disk with blades) appears to be in good shape assuming I can get it off in one piece. How much would you like for it?

Doug, PM sent. I should have been more clear. The heater blower motor is what I need along with the AC switches.

well you will always have the chance of buying a complete new one from walloth, for 190 euro + shipping, or an alternative second hand somewhere

so yes, you can remove the rotor as i did, first take out the metal clamp, and then using a vice, remove the rotor, remember that in your case the motor is useless, so save the rotor ! it is fragile

you can have my motor (and the broken rotor as an "educational piece" ), for 23 euro (shipping costs) + what you consider a reasonable offer for it

regards

Since I have a spare that doesn't work, let me see if I can get it apart without damaging it. Thank you for the great pics.

DQ, it looks like my plastic rotor both have hairline cracks and are pretty brittle so I think I should pass on the motor only option and search for a new motor and rotor. Thanks for your offer.
