Time for another pole: after the cover saga, the next question is yellow or clear?

I think that since your car is white, yellow might add some “pop” to the front end. Some cars look better with clear. For example, I think clear would look better on inka/colorado.

FYI - You can edit your thread and make it an actual poll that people can vote on...

That seem a bit beyond my ability ATM, how would I do that?

I just bought yellow fog lights for my car, which is Chamonix.

Now, the next questions could be, round or rectangle? I bucked the trend and bought some rectangular ones from Enoz.

In "cover saga" i voted for with caps, because yellow fogs where mounted, if clear where mounted my vote was for without.
I personally think clear will look more stock, so my vote is for clear:)

I agree with Mark if you want "POP". And with Wladek, clear for the stock, more subtle look. Now that should make your decision easier.

i personally like the images of vintage clear Marchal (with nipple center), with a yellow bulb ... from Stevehose + deQuincey.

I settled on yellow because it is a nice color contrast to the other lights, i like the light that they throw because its easy on the eyes, and they just look cool AF

here is a pic of deQ's coupe - clear lens w/ yellow bulb ... as Steve says ... this is just cool. i wish i could find the close detail of it.

so who spelled white as Whire? i voted white because i still think the clear with yellow bulb is the best look on a coupe period - especially with the old marchal

Mine are clear lenses and bulbs but have tinted (and somewhat faded) reflectors so they are not “in your face” yellow but have a slight yellow hue.

thanks for sharing a good closeup deQ ... that's why this is my favorite ... let's change the voting to yellow, white (clear) or clear with yellow bulbs
