Airbox clips - correct finish?

I've just had the airbox clips vapour blasted in preparation for yellow zinc plating.

First - is this the right finish?
Second - should the split pins also be zinc plated (I think mine were) or should they be stainless steel?

Clip is definitely yellow zinc, not sure on the pin.
