Alpina wheel colour detail

My Alpina wheels are silver all over without the correct black in the center circle (6 inch recess where the wheel nuts go) does anyone have a close up of exactly where the black stops and changes to silver?
Also, any advice on how to paint just the correct part? Careful masking tape, grease, or is there a better approach?
Lastly, I assume satin black is the correct finish?
