While cleaning and checking the area after a battery leak, I noticed that my alternator only have one cable connected.
(A) - Two cables are cut and taped
(B)- A red cable coming out from the alternator is cut with no connection.
(C)- What it looks like a green cable is cut with not connection.
My guess is that all these unconnected cables are the ones supposed going to the external regulator.

I do not have problems with the alternator or battery and I'm sure that this one has the internal regulator.
My main question is:
Since there is no other cable connected, does it mean that I do not have any way to see the warning light in the dash?
If that is the case, which cable should I use to connect to the warning light?

Thanks in advance.

When you start the car, does the red telltale light come on the go out when the car is running?
If so, you should be fine. I'd just clean up the loose unconnected wires.

My alternator is internally regulated as well, unfortunately I am unable to take a picture of the connections as the car is not at home right now.

I think how it works is that the alternator exciter circuit is wired through the tell-tale light. The exciter current is needed to kick off the charging in the alternator, just an initial input before the alternator output becomes self-sustaining (once it becomes self-sustaining the exciter current falls to zero and so the tell-tale light goes out). Usually (I think) the alt will kick off properly even without this exciter current, but it's not guaranteed.
As Andrew says, if the alt tell-tale light does not come on as you're starting the car, it's not wired up right
