Not that this one isn't riddled with issues, but there is also a dent above the driver's tail.

I think that the driver and fully restored models are higher than before, but steady. However, the entrance barrier for project cars is increasing. E9's are rare, and sub 20k project vehicles are even more rare. I know this forum likes to poke fun at rusty project cars, but any E9 that you buy can only increase in value right now. A project vehicle in the hands of a DIY'er is one of few cars where no matter how much sweat equity you put into it, you will get it back in the form of a sale price. The margins are more favorable for any car under $10K. I think that more inportantly, younger and less 'comfortable' buyers want to enjoy these cars.

I had a chance to see some additional pictures. There is rust through on tops of front fenders and under hood.
